Frade "Fred" Rivera is the owner and chief developer for Franco360 web design. He began his interest
in web design in 1995 and became a freelance designer in 1998. His educational background includes
a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada and
professional certification in Internet Design and Technology from the University of Las Vegas,
Nevada. His cultural experience comprises of traveling abroad to Europe, Asia, and extensive
travels to Mexico as well as living in Mexico for several years.
